Dell USA L.P. is seeking a Consultant, Product Management - IT at its Round Rock, Texas facility.
Duties:
Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior engineers to design and create highly available and scalable products, using lean software development processes, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Author strategy documents, white papers, market research and vision documents, and user stories for current and future products. Present strategic product communication across multiple stakeholder organizations. Manage entire product life cycle, prototyping and testing new features and changes to product and processes. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver committed objectives, goals, strategies, KPIs, and other measurable success criteria. Define vision, strategy, and outcome-driven product roadmaps and manage backlogs to ensure that roadmap prioritization reflects quality, stability, and security standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, MIS, Business Administration, Communications or related field plus ten (10) years of experience in systems analysis, product management or a similar occupation OR no degree plus twelve (12) years of experience in systems analysis, product management or a similar occupation OR Master's degree in Engineering, IT, MIS, Business Administration, Communications or related field plus eight (8) years of experience in systems analysis, product management or a similar occupation.
Requires experience with:
building products for e-commerce or online customer experience; lean software development processes, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban; software development methodologies, including Agile; project management software, including Jira, PowerPoint, Point, and Trello; end-to-end product management and development support; UX and UI design; global product management; real time event-driven architecture; and Microservices architecture.
