DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist, prepare, develop, and deliver support for pre-award acquisition related processes and post-award contract management procedures. Be familiar and proficient with instructions which address DON acquisition vehicles and knowledgeable of the relevant DoD acquisition programs. Have contracting experience and knowledge to support contract management across multiple programs in their acquisition life cycle. Be able to apply knowledge of acquisitions planning to gather, analyze, evaluate and present information required by program or project managers and customers to compile completed requirement packages throughout IAW acquisition procedures. Executing timely acquisition-related actions to procure supplies and services without affecting project timelines. Process invoices in a timely manner Identify contract discrepancies and take appropriate corrective actions through contract modifications Communicate with customers efficiently the status of contracts that require their action to sustain operations. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years' experience in DoD support or master's degree.
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE
Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have an active Secret Clearance.
