Position Summary De Nora Water Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across engineering, operations, and commercial functions. This role will play a key part in analyzing business processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives related to water treatment projects and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translating complex data into actionable insights that support business performance and growth. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and performance across operations and project execution Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to support project and process improvements Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and support decision-making Support implementation and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and other business tools Conduct data analysis related to production, inventory, project costs, and financial performance Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations to leadership Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of processes Assist in project planning, forecasting, and resource allocation Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field 3-7+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or data analysis Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in water treatment, industrial processes, or engineering-driven organizations Familiarity with project lifecycle, cost tracking, and operational KPIs Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience SQL or data querying skills
