Job Description:
Key Responsibilities NPI Planning & Coordination Develop and maintain comprehensive NPI project plans for board manufacturing, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements Serve as primary liaison to Contract Manufacturing team Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams Track and report on NPI program status, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies Manufacturing Planning & Analysis Develop build plans and production schedules in collaboration with Business Unit planning and Contract Manufacturing planning teams Monitor and track key manufacturing metrics including yield, cycle time, and quality performance Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements Stakeholder Management Serve as primary Business Unit point of contact for NPI planning activities Prepare and deliver status reports and presentations to program leadership Coordinate with suppliers and Contract Manufacturers on NPI schedule requirements Facilitate communication between global teams across different time zones Data Analysis & Reporting Create and maintain reports to track NPI progress and KPIs Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Develop data-driven recommendations to improve NPI processes and outcomes Maintain accurate documentation of NPI activities and lessons learned Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, manufacturing planning, or operations Experience with NPI processes and board/electronics manufacturing preferred Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects Technical Skills Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Experience with project management tools and methodologies Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems Data analysis and visualization skills Core Competencies Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Preferred Qualifications Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry Knowledge of PCB/board manufacturing processes and technologies PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
