Duties Help Program Management and Process Improvement :
Serves as the primary Management Analyst for the 75th Force Support Squadron, providing da-driven analysis, process-improvement solutions, and administrive oversight for Nonappropried Fund (NAF) programs. Identifies inefficiencies in business, HR, and operional workflows; develops automed tools, Point systems, Power Autome flows, and dashboards to streamline processes and improve accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Conducts process mapping, da collection, and trend analysis to recommend policy and procedural improvements. Leads and documents local process-improvement initiives aligned with Air Force and AFSVC guidance; develops implemention guides and temples to enable replicion other installions. Provides stistical reports, return-on-investment (ROI) analysis, and workflow metrics to leadership to inform da-driven decisions. Collabores with HR and other squadron flights to develop standard opering procedures (SOPs) th improve mission effectiveness and customer experience.
Training Program Management:
Serves as the Unit Training Manager (UTM) for NAF employees, overseeing the development, coordinion, and execution of training programs to ensure workforce readiness and compliance.
Administers onboarding, annual, and professional-development training programs, ensuring accuracy of training records and alignment with Department of the Air Force, AFMAN, and NAF policy.
Manages training initiives, including course design, scheduling, documention, and feedback collection.
Tracks completion of mandory training, updes training dabases, and provides reports to supervisors and leadership.
Coordines training resources, ensures training merials are current and accessible, and develops tools to improve training program efficiency and engagement.
Analyzes training feedback and performance da to identify emerging skill gaps and recommend improvements to programs or processes.
Records, Privacy, and Informion Management:
Serves as the Unit Records Manager (URM) for the 75 FSS NAF operions, ensuring compliance with federal and Air Force records-management directives.
Maintains the records inventory, file plans, and disposition schedules; provides guidance to program managers on proper records maintenance, transfer, and destruction procedures. Conducts annual file plan reviews and ensures records custodians receive required training and certificion. Oversee's controlled, sensitive, and Personally Identifiable Informion (PII) records, ensuring secure storage, proper access control, and accountability. Serves as the Unit Privacy Monitor, advising personnel on PII safeguarding, breach prevention, and reporting requirements in accordance with AFI 33-332 and NAF privacy policies. Serves as the Unit Point Site Owner/Manager, maintaining site permissions, structure, and content to support knowledge management, collaborion, and version control across NAF operions. Administers and monitors the Interactive Customer Evaluion (ICE) feedback system, reviewing and analyzing customer comments to identify training gaps, service trends, and areas for improvement.
