- $110,000 Job Description Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst
- Procurement & Logistics to support a leading organization within the government services industry. The Business Analyst
- Procurement & Logistics role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and experience supporting procurement workflows, asset lifecycle tracking, and vendor coordination. This position is onsite in Newington, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance. Responsibilities of the Business Analyst
Procurement & Logistics:
- Support procurement operations including purchase request creation, vendor coordination, and tracking requests through completion
- Assist with technology lifecycle management and asset tracking across enterprise systems
- Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards, and reporting using tools such as Confluence, Grafana, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline procurement workflows and resolve operational challenges
- Support subcontract establishment processes to enable efficient program execution
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends and improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail Qualifications of the Business Analyst
Procurement & Logistics:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or business analysis
- Hands-on experience with procurement workflows, purchase requests, and vendor coordination
- Familiarity with lifecycle management or asset tracking systems
- Proficiency in Confluence, Grafana, ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel, and related tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate procurement challenges
- Active TS/SCI clearance required Compensation for the Business Analyst
