About the Work Lead high-impact business analysis, process modernization, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement for U.S. Government mission organizations. Your Duties Provide senior program and project management support, including strategic plans, policies, and SOPs. Lead process improvement and re-engineering efforts across business and mission support functions. Develop executive-level briefings, talking points, metrics, and recommendations. Advise senior leaders and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship. 10 to 15+ years of relevant experience in program management, GEOINT or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis. Strong leadership, strategic communication, analytical, and program management skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and data visualization or reporting tools.
