Overview
PROGRAM ANALYST
(TCE) Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst to join ourTactical Communications and Electromagnetic Warfare(TCE) contract in Stafford, VA. The Program Analyst will analyzes contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Drafting and reviewing acquisition documents required by the product manager, program manager, or other government stakeholders. Conducting risk identification, developing risk mitigation strategies, and reporting and tracking risks IAW the Risk Management Plan. Developing, delivering, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) for government stakeholders. Performing detailed schedule analysis. Analysis includes evaluation of the critical path, assessment of schedule risk, and conformance to the DoD IMS Integrated Master Plan (IMP) Guide. Participating in working groups, integrated product team meetings, technical reviews, and decision briefings. Drafting and reviewing Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) Naval Messages and correspondence. Qualifications Bachelors degree required. Five or more (5+) years of professional experience. Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Project. Intermediate knowledge and understanding of, populating, extracting, and reporting data from the relevant government data repositories and management tools (ie. SharePoint, Teams, etc). Experience with risk tracking databases (Project Recon, or any other tool required for risk tracking). Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts. Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team. Experience supporting government or military environments is highly desired.Physical Demands:

Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level.
