Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project execution. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or business transformation projects. Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Proficiency in creating:
Business Requirements Documents (BRD) Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Process Flow Diagrams and Use Cases Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government, healthcare, financial services, or insurance domains. Knowledge of SQL for basic data analysis and reporting. Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Understanding of business process modeling and workflow automation. CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams. Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate requirement review sessions and stakeholder meetings. Support testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and manage change requests. Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
