00 Overlake Medical Center & Clinics has a newly created opportunity for a Data Analyst of Revenue Cycle to work within both the Overlake Medical Center & MultiCare Health Systems. Candidates should have experience with EPIC Clarity, Power BI Query, Excel. This position will be responsible for financial analysis related to existing operations, productivity, budget variance and new service development. Review and evaluate existing and new programs/services and offer recommendations for enhancement or improvement. Participate in the annual operating and capital budget development. Full Time
  • Exempt Remote position (requires residency in Washington State)
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires Bachelors Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business. HFMA membership desired.
Experience:
Requires minimum 4 years' experience in financial analysis. Healthcare experience is preferred. EPIC experience
  • Clarity database highly preferred. Power BI
  • Query preferred. Excel
  • experience (moderated to advance) preferred.
Special Training/Skills:
Requires experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word. Demonstrate high-level of understanding in using and/or maintaining a Decision Support System. Ability to understand medical cost structures as it relates to service line distinctions and revenue streams. This job requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects. Must have the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and handle stressful situations.
