Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and process improvement sector, is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT Discovery and Architecture department supporting project management, process design, and technology delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Drive, support, and enable change through process improvement and technology delivery.
+ Participate and lead project initiation, process design, requirements gathering, and testing phases. + Serve as a relationship manager with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives. + Develop scope, requirements, and documentation for various projects. + Manage project issues, risks, and change requests while providing clear communication to stakeholders.
  • What's Needed?
  • + Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience on a technology delivery team or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Experience in developing scope and requirements, translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, including acceptance criteria. + Strong facilitation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. + Experience with Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall delivery methodologies. + Proficiency in process flow development and process reengineering.
