Key Responsibilities Manage and evaluate supplier relationships—both domestic and international—to ensure smooth material flow and inventory management. Research, identify, and negotiate with vendors for quality products and the best prices, preparing bids and purchase orders with efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues, secure timely deliveries, and execute corrective actions when needed. Leverage your Excel and Microsoft Office skills for tracking, analysis, and reporting. Perform vendor assessments and participate in team-oriented process improvements while maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and resource stewardship. Qualifications Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school required. Ability to comfortably add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units—whole numbers, fractions, decimals, discounts, and percentages. Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. A flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
