Aerospace Electronics Buyer Northwest Arkansas Area (On-Site) Full-Time | Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing $80,000-$95,000 + Bonus + Strong Benefits + Relocation Assistance A growing aerospace & defense manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Buyer to support a fast-paced electronics and electromechanical manufacturing operation in Northwest Arkansas. This is a high-visibility role supporting critical aerospace and defense programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a manufacturing environment where priorities move quickly, supplier management matters, and execution is everything. What You'll Do Manage procurement activities for electronic components and related materials Support complex BOM-driven manufacturing programs Drive supplier performance for: On-time delivery Cost management Inventory optimization Quality and responsiveness • Partner closely with planning, engineering, operations, and program teams Manage RFQs, purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and schedule changes Identify supply chain risks and help drive mitigation strategies Work within ERP/MRP systems to maintain purchasing accuracy and material flow Support a high-mix, fast-changing manufacturing environment What We're Looking For Experience in manufacturing purchasing, procurement, or supply chain Background supporting electronics, PCB, PCBA, electromechanical, or related components strongly preferred Aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing experience preferred Experience working with BOMs and ERP/MRP systems Strong Excel and organizational skills Ability to manage changing priorities and supplier escalations Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Why Consider This Opportunity High-impact role with strong visibility Stable and growing aerospace/defense environment Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement Lean, collaborative culture where contributions matter Strong benefits package including: Bonus opportunity 401(k) match Employee stock purchase program Relocation assistance • Additional Information On-site role in Northwest Arkansas Relocation assistance available U.S. work authorization required due to export compliance regulations If you enjoy solving supply chain challenges, managing supplier relationships, and supporting products that matter, we'd love to speak with you.
