Position Overview GTI Energy is seeking an Electrical Procurement Specialist to support purchasing operations through purchase order administration, supplier communication, reporting, and procurement data management. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Transactional Purchasing Support Confirm pricing, quantities, dates, and vendor acknowledgements Update supplier delivery dates and order notes accurately Reporting & Visibility Maintain reports on open POs, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments Provide daily updates to buyers, planners, and leadership teams Support KPI reporting related to supplier delivery and purchasing execution Cross-Functional Coordination Communicate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning teams to resolve issues Support documentation for new vendors, onboarding, and compliance records Assist with scheduling supplier calls and meetings Provide training support to Procurement Coordinators Required Qualifications 3+ years coordination, purchasing support, customer service, or admin experience Strong Excel, ERP, and data accuracy skills Strong communication and follow-up discipline Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or supply chain environment experience preferred
Pay:
$73,892.00 - $94,581.00 per year
