Description Our client in Benicia, CA is seeking a motivated Purchaser for a contract to permanent opportunity. This role will support day-to-day procurement activities, including placing orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and helping maintain appropriate inventory levels. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment. + Prepare and process purchase orders for materials, supplies, and services + Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines + Monitor open orders and help resolve delays or order discrepancies + Review inventory needs and support replenishment efforts + Maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor information in internal systems + Partner with operations and other departments to support business needs + Assist with purchasing analysis, reporting, and cost control efforts Requirements + 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support + Experience working with purchase orders, vendors, and inventory data + Proficiency in Excel and ERP or purchasing systems + Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills + Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments is a plus Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
