Product & Sourcing Project Assistant

We're currently seeking a Product & Sourcing Project Assistant to support key cross-border initiatives between our U.S. and China teams. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving sales efforts, assisting with influencer marketing operations, managing product sourcing activities, and supporting product registration and quality assurance projects.

You'll help ensure that samples, proposals, and project milestones are completed on time, while keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned through clear communication and timely follow-ups. Product & Marketing Support Research and analyze hot and trend products or product-line opportunities and drafting proposals Coordinate sample shipments and feedback loops for major buyers (e.g., Big Retailers, B2B partners) Maintain and update pricing sheets, create product catalogs, and buyer pitch decks 2. TikTok & Social-Commerce Assistance Oversee TikTok influencer operations lead: manage influencer recruiting, content scheduling, and campaign deliverables Track video performance and revenue targets, provide monthly status reports 3. Product Sourcing & Procurement Coordination Source and pre-qualify domestic & international suppliers (quotations, MOQ, sample testing) Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure end-to-end fulfillment—from PO issuance through packing and shipping—is completed on schedule; proactively flag delays and drive rapid resolution 4. Product Registration & Quality Assurance Project Support Support the company's regulatory and compliance projects by liaising with external advisors, tracking key milestones and deliverables, and ensuring each phase progresses as planned 5. Administrative & Cross-Functional Aid Execute ad-hoc tasks (contract filing, legal/HR coordination, expense follow-ups) to keep operations seamless Monitor team chat channels in real time; close the loop on every assignment to prevent "dropped" tasks Qualifications Master's degree preferred (Business, Data analysis, Supply Chain, Marketing or related); exceptional candidates with less formal experience are encouraged to apply Minimum 1-2 years in Product operations, sourcing, marketing or project coordination—social-commerce or regulatory project exposure a plus Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Canva Strong verbal/written in English & Mandarin Highly self-driven with excellent organization, follow-through, and willingness to learn
