The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement and cost negotiation and analysis, strategic planning and relationship maintenance. Duties Oversee and track the procurement process of warehouse equipment, ensuring adherence to management procedures and timely delivery to support operational needs. Responsible for supplier development, relationship maintenance, and commercial negotiations for large-scale procurement items such as forklifts, racking systems, consumables, and electronic equipment, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational needs. Manage General Liability insurance for warehouses, including renewals, cancellations, policy updates, new acquisitions, and claims. Skills Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) Knowledge of procurement and equipment management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skill
