We specialize in time-critical sourcing, AOG (Aircraft on Ground) response, and certified component distribution. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsive Aircraft Parts Sales & Procurement Specialist to manage RFQs, source parts, and support urgent AOG operations. Key Responsibilities Review and respond to RFQs (Request for Quotes) from airlines, MROs, and brokers Source aircraft and engine components through vendor networks and marketplaces (ILS, PartsBase, etc.) Manage AOG requests with urgency, including same-day and counter-to-counter logistics Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and lead times Negotiate costs and secure competitive pricing from vendors Verify documentation, traceability, and compliance (ASA-100, AC-0056 standards) Issue purchase orders and manage order lifecycle through delivery Coordinate domestic and international shipping

Qualifications Required:

1+ years experience in aviation parts sales, procurement, or related supply chain role Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Preferred:
