The Receiver is expected to :. Assist with ordering and receiving of goods, familiarity with purchase orders required Check items requested/ received from for accuracy Complete daily checklists

• FIFO, Labelled accurately Maintain and ensure that storage and walkins are clean and organized Responsiblie to receive goods in response to product requirements and ensure proper storage Collaborate daily with Chefs to coordinate utilization of products on hand Receive all food order with vendors, check, and store

Competencies & Qualifications:

Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details Food safety knowledge preferred

• Food Handler's Certificate A+ Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work with internal staff within our restaurants as well as external purveyors Positions require: Full availability
