Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Permit Procurement Specialist to lead the acquisition of necessary permits and licenses essential for our construction projects. The Permit Procurement Specialist will coordinate with regulatory agencies, manage documentation, and facilitate smooth project progress by securing timely permits. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects. Duties Identify all required permits and licenses for construction Prepare, submit, and track permit applications in accordance with cities, counties and states. Maintain comprehensive records of permit applications, approvals, renewals, and related documentation for audit readiness Monitor project timelines to ensure permits are obtained prior to commencement of relevant activities Requirements Must speak, write and read English 100% fluently. Computer literate (permits are submitted via online portals) Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple permit applications simultaneously Ability to communicate effectively with government agencies, contractors, and internal teams Join us as a Permit Procurement Specialist to play a crucial role in advancing safe, compliant projects that positively impact communities.

From $17.00 per hour
