Associate degree in Business or related field preferred 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in food manufacturing Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Navision experience preferred Knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and packaging materials preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor raw material and packaging inventory levels using MRP and ERP systems Create, process, and manage purchase orders to support production schedules Coordinate with approved vendors to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries Track and reconcile inventory levels, blanket purchase orders, and packaging supplies Maintain supplier documentation including specifications, insurance certificates, audits, MSDS, and compliance records Work closely with shipping and receiving teams to ensure accurate inventory transactions Resolve supplier issues related to shortages, damaged goods, or out-of-spec materials Support inventory control processes and physical inventory activities Maintain accurate records and purchasing files Why This Opportunity?
