Procurement Coordinator

AssociateResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Purchase Order Management:

Execute and track purchase orders (POs) for electronic components (ICs, passives, PCBs) and mechanical hardware based on MRP (Material Requirements Planning) signals.

Vendor Liaison:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with franchised distributors and OEM suppliers. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms to meet project budgets.

Shortage Mitigation:

Proactively identify potential material shortages or "lines down" risks. Work with the NPI (New Product Introduction) team to find alternative components or "crosses" when primary parts are unavailable.

BOM Coordination:

Collaborate with Hardware Engineers to manage Card BOM maintenance and component standardization to optimize costs.

Data Integrity:
