job summary: Purchasing Specialist in Rialto, CA - Join Our Client, a leading national provider of innovative warehouse storage solutions! We need a dynamic pro with 3+ years purchasing experience, plus Excel skills to help us deliver cost-effective results across 7 facilities. M-F 8am-5pm, paid hourly $25/hr- $30/hr!!

Rialto, California job type: Permanent salary: $52,000 - 62,400 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Create, issue, and reconcile purchase orders for goods and services in accordance with Our Client's policies.

Manage supplier relations by tracking lead times, addressing shipping delays, and resolving variations in delivery, quality, or pricing.

Ensure accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, receipts, invoices, and pricing history.

Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, management, and inventory control, to provide purchasing support across multiple facilities.

Support the development and implementation of purchasing procedures and strategies to optimize department workflows.
