Job Description
Your tasks The Supply & Procurement Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities supporting semiconductor operations. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and support teams to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement and smooth purchasing processes. Responsibilities Proactively plan and execute procurement activities for a range of materials and services including inventory items. Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including creation, confirmation, follow-up, and expediting to ensure on-time delivery. Partner closely with requestors to understand their requirements and provide guidance on procurement processes. Serve as the point of contact for resolving procurement-related issues, including delivery discrepancies, receiving errors, and invoice/payment issues in coordination with Logistics and Accounts Payable. Manage assigned inventory items, including monitoring consumption trends, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and initiating replenishment orders to prevent shortages or excess. Maintain accurate system data and procurement records. Coordinate returns, replacements, and support related processes such as stock initiation and material setup. Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in purchasing and inventory management activities. Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Your profile 0-2 years of purchasing, supply chain, or related experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Logistics or related field. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently identify and resolve issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Experience working with ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of SAP ERP System. Experience in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environment.
