6 Months Contract with possible extension Pay range: $80.00 - $83.00 per hr on W2 Education Requirement C. Bachelor's Degree Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload Serve as a senior subject matter expert responsible for leading the development, compilation, approval, and execution of procurement training programs (~70%) and applying advanced business process improvement principles to design standardized, scalable, repeatable solutions that enhance procurement capability, contract literacy, and organizational effectiveness (~30%) .Operates with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence; this role will partner closely with Procurement leadership and the internal Enterprise Learning & Development (EL&D) team to deliver structured, enterprise-aligned training programs and with Procurement stakeholders in resolving pain points .The role will focus on translating procurement policies, contract frameworks, and best practices into practical, accessible learning experiences and process documentation that improve performance and reduce contractual and operational risk. (

- Extensive experience in procurement, contract management, or business process improvement initiative s.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs in complex, cross-functional environment s.
- Strong working knowledge of contract terms, procurement processes, and supplier negotiation dynamic s.
- Proven experience collaborating with Legal, and Learning & Development team s.
- Expertise in translating complex subject matter into clear, structured, and actionable training conten t.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and tracking executio n.
- 10 or more years of Procurement experien ce Desired Skills/Attribut es Experience in utility, regulated, or large enterprise procurement environmen ts.
Experience developing training for procurement agents or contract professiona ls.
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with ability to influence at multiple organizational leve ls.
