We specialize in sourcing, distributing, and managing high-quality medical materials including surgical sutures, diagnostic equipment, and hospital consumables. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics / Purchasing Specialist to support procurement and supply chain operations across domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities Manage purchasing of medical supplies, equipment, and related materials Communicate with international and domestic suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics partners Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures Monitor delivery performance and resolve shipping or supplier issues Support internal teams with supply chain and procurement needs Requirements 1-3+ years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience working with vendors or international suppliers preferred Basic knowledge of import/export or shipping documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical supplies or healthcare distribution industry Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems Understanding of international shipping processes What We Offer Opportunity to work in an international business environment Growth potential in logistics and procurement operations Exposure to global medical supply chain industry Supportive and professional team environment About the Company Ethylox Trading International Corporation is a global supplier of medical products with decades of experience in healthcare distribution.
