We design and install advanced smart home systems, including A/V, lighting, shades, networking, security, and more, for homeowners, designers, architects, and builders. We're looking for a Procurement & Purchasing Specialist to keep our supply chain running efficiently across all BRAVAS locations. The Role You'll manage procurement of inventory and non-inventory items that support production and service across all company locations. Working closely with vendors, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure timely ordering, accurate tracking, and cost-effective purchasing — while maximizing vendor rebates and minimizing freight costs.
Responsibilities:
Process all purchase requests in accordance with Central Purchasing SLAs Ensure all standard requests are submitted by end of next business day, URGENT requests same-day Maintain accurate order information in NetSuite, including order numbers, ETAs, and backorder statuses Monitor product availability and coordinate substitutions; notify stakeholders if products cannot be sourced within SLA timeframes Communicate with vendors and internal teams on availability, backorders, shipping updates, RMAs, pricing changes, and billing issues Ensure correct application of pricing, discounts, and freight fees on all orders Purchase strategically to minimize freight costs and maximize volume rebates each quarter Disseminate vendor updates to location teams and HxD/HxE as necessary Support inter-company transfers and coordinate with the Shared Services team on product availability
Qualifications:
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination Proficiency with NetSuite, iPoint, or D-Tools preferred Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and follow-up skills; comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teams Proactive problem-solver with a team-oriented mindset High school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements:
Primarily desk-based with extended periods at a computer; must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally. This is an in-person role based in Littleton, Colorado.
