What You'll DoManage end-to-end procurement for facilities operations, maintenance, and capital projec tsLead sourcing initiatives includin g RFPs/RFQs, cost analysis, and supplier negotiatio nsDevelop and manage contracts (FFP, T&M, service agreements, long-term agreement s)Partner with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective delive ryDrive supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standar dsSupport strategic procurement initiatives and continuous improvement effor ts ? What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree + 5+ ye ars in procurement/supply chain (or Master's + 3+ yea rs)Experience in facilities, MRO, construction, or indirect procurem entKnowledge of FAR, contract negotiations, and supplier managem entStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management ski llsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environm entFamiliarity wi th OSHA, ITAR/EAR, and facilities-related documentat ion ? Nice to HaveCPSM / CSCP, PMP, or Facilities certifications (FMP/ CFM)Experience with tools l ike Deltek, Jira, Point, or CMMS sys tems ????
