This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and understands the unique demands of custom woodworking, cabinetry, and millwork projects. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions including: Accounts payable and receivable Bank reconciliations Payroll support General ledger entries Financial reporting Handle purchasing and procurement activities: Issue purchase orders Coordinate with vendors and suppliers Track material deliveries and pricing Maintain inventory and purchasing records Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure accurate job costing Assist with budgeting and cost tracking for projects Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation Support month-end and year-end closing processes Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years bookkeeping experience Purchasing experience in the architectural millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, or construction industry preferred Strong understanding of job costing and vendor management
