Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee end-to-end procurement operations for indirect materials and services. Our team values strong negotiation abilities and supplier management skills to ensure the efficiency and compliance of procurement activities.
Responsibilities:
Execute the complete procurement lifecycle for indirect categories, including COTS products, ET/IT hardware, and aerospace materials and services. Process purchase requisitions and manage conversion to purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures. Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on criteria such as cost, quality, delivery, and service, and conduct competitive bid analyses. Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate favorable pricing and terms, and resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or invoicing.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, with a preference for indirect buying capacity. Proven experience procuring COTS products and IT/technology hardware. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with demonstrated proficiency in ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
