$54 per hour A-shift hours System One is seeking a Buyer to support a leading aerospace client in Merritt Island, FL . This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers for the procurement of electronic components , EEE parts (electrical, electronic, and electromechanical), printed circuit boards , and related services needed for aerospace production and development . The Buyer II will own the full procurement lifecycle from requisition through invoice payment , ensuring cost, quality, schedule, and technical requirements are met in support of program needs. Responsibilities Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers for electronic components, EEE parts, printed circuit boards, and related services. Own the procurement lifecycle from requisition creation through final invoice payment . Prepare and issue Requests for Quote (RFQs) and evaluate supplier proposals. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with suppliers. Monitor supplier performance to ensure cost, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved. Maintain strong supplier relationships and support resolution of procurement-related issues. Review bills of materials (BOMs) , engineering drawings, technical specifications, and component datasheets to support sourcing activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with program requirements. Support aerospace production and development by ensuring timely availability of required materials and components. Ensure procurement activities comply with company procurement processes and procedures . Requirements Experience sourcing electronic components, EEE parts, semiconductors, connectors, passive components, printed circuit boards, or related materials. Experience managing RFQs , supplier negotiations, and purchase orders through delivery and invoice resolution . Ability to read and interpret component datasheets, BOMs, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Strong supplier management and procurement experience. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, electronics, or related industries preferred.
