Job Description:

Motion Recruitment is partnering with a leading aerospace and defense organization in Medley, FL on a Buyer / Procurement Specialist contract opportunity. This is a hands-on purchasing role supporting supplier management, PO execution, RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, delivery tracking, and procurement operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great fit for someone with prior buying/procurement experience who enjoys working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program teams. What You'll Do Manage purchase orders from RFQ through delivery Analyze supplier quotes and support negotiations Track open orders and supplier delivery performance Coordinate with internal teams on schedule changes and escalations Identify and onboard new suppliers when needed Support procurement KPIs including supplier OTD and cost savings What We're Looking Fo r 2+ years of purchasing/buying experience SAP experience required Strong Excel skills Experience managing suppliers and procurement activities Ability to multitask and work independently Aerospace or manufacturing environment experience preferred U.S. Citizenship required
