Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dispatch & Purchasing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing procurement activities, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations. Your expertise will help maintain efficient inventory levels, foster strong vendor relationships, and support overall operational excellence. Responsibilities Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods, materials, and equipment Manage purchasing processes by sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and securing the best pricing options Utilize ERP systems to process orders, track shipments, and update inventory records Oversee materials management including inventory control, production planning support, and supply chain management Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, and supplier records Monitor supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings Skills Proficiency in ERP systems Strong knowledge of materials management, inventory management, and supply chain processes Experience with procurement strategies including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management Familiarity with logistics operations and inventory control techniques Ability to utilize e-commerce platforms for order processing and supplier communication Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on cost efficiency and supplier relationships Knowledge of production planning, merchandising, pricing strategies, and supply chain optimization techniques Join us as a Dispatch & Purchasing Specialist to drive operational success through strategic procurement and efficient dispatch coordination.
