Job Description

Qualified Staffing in Cartersville is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist for a company in the Kennesaw area! Do you have recent procurement experience and strong inventory management skills If you answered yes, see details below!
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage purchase orders Communicate with vendors regarding open orders and status updates Reconcile invoices and approve payments Monitor inventory levels, reporting, and cycle counts Conduct inventory audits and manufacturer tracing reports Negotiate pricing and vendor terms Analyze procurement data and improve processes Work cross-functionally to support daily operations
Requirements:
