In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process of acquiring vehicles that meet our operational needs, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Your expertise in procurement management, supply chain coordination, and vendor relations will drive efficiency and support our fleet expansion and renewal strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our vehicle acquisition processes, optimize inventory control, and build strong supplier partnerships. Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and acquire vehicles that align with organizational requirements and budget constraints. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vehicle vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to secure favorable agreements. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, proper inventory management, and optimal inventory control of acquired vehicles. Collaborate with supply chain management teams to forecast vehicle needs, monitor market trends, and optimize procurement cycles. Maintain strong vendor relationships through effective supplier management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards. Oversee contract management processes, including drafting, reviewing, and renewing agreements related to vehicle sourcing and procurement activities. Skills Proficiency in DMS systems such as CDK and VAUTO for procurement management and inventory tracking. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including logistics, inventory management, and vendor management. Expertise in sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and procurement best practices. Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to vehicle production or refurbishment is a plus. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
