What You'll Do Manage sourcing and procurement for sheet metal, fabricated components, hardware, and related production materials Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and lead times to ensure the best value for the company Analyze purchasing trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to support manufacturing schedules Monitor inventory levels and material availability to ensure on-time delivery and uninterrupted production What You Bring 4-7 years of purchasing or buying experience within sheet metal fabrication, metal manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment Strong negotiation skills and sound business judgment Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing processes Experience using ERP/MRP systems (EPICOR/VANTAGE experience is a plus) Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Why Join Our Team?
