Job Description
Define the Suppliers / Subcontractors who will be invited to participate in the bidding process. If supplier development is required for those not included in the Company's Database, the corresponding Supplier Evaluation process must be carried out. Validate any technical queries with the user (budget, delivery time, certifications, quality, and technical requirements). Proposal Analysis and Decision-Making Perform the commercial analysis of the received Proposals. The technical analysis of the Proposals is conducted by the End User of the requirement. Conduct negotiations with the potential best bidder within the Company's regulatory processes, aiming to achieve the best prices, lead times, and commercial terms and conditions. Purchase Order Issuance Issue the Purchase Order so that it proceeds through the corresponding internal approval process. Send the Purchase Order to the supplier and the user (if required). Notify the Expediting Department, if applicable, so that they can provide proper follow-up on the case.
