Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Kitchen Purchasing Agent to join our team in Minooka, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for supporting purchasing operations, vendor management, and administrative functions within a fast-paced distribution center environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, purchasing experience, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Apply online and kickstart your career today! Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $42,000- 52,000 Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full time schedule Located in Minooka, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Maintain vendor files including credit applications, insurance documents, W9s, and agreements Assist with purchase requests and purchase orders Source products and research new vendors Obtain competitive pricing by gathering quotes from multiple vendors Track vendor information including contacts, pricing, and account details using spreadsheets Communicate with Accounting, Management, and Distribution Center teams regarding purchasing needs Support day-to-day purchasing and administrative operations Requirements and Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Team-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams Some college preferred Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet experience required Must be comfortable sitting for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 10 lbs•(Salary range based on experience)•
