Wilke Window & Door is the largest Andersen® window dealer in the St. Louis Metro area. We offer a wide variety of products including windows, doors, millwork and cabinetry to professional builders, remodelers and retail customers. We've been in business for over 65 years and currently have two large showrooms located in Fenton, MO and Shiloh, IL. Position:
Wilke Window & Door is currently in need of a full-time Purchasing Agent at our Shiloh, Illinois location. Two (2) years of experience purchasing or selling windows, doors, and millwork for a building supplier, lumberyard, or similar industry preferred. Excellent computer, organization, and communication skills required. Familiarity with DMSi Agility, Andersen IQ, Paradigm or other window estimating software a definite plus. Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:45 PM Responsibilities:
Prepare purchase orders for the purchase of interior doors, molding, hinges and related items. Forward orders to suppliers; monitor and expedite orders. Verify receipt of items; resolve shipping errors with suppliers. Authorize payment for purchases. Requirements:
Prior experience selling or buying windows, doors & millwork, lumber, or similar building materials. Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience using DMSi Agility and/or window estimating software a plus. Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills. Positive attitude and strong communication skills required. Benefits:
