Job Description

Overview Kimley-Horn is looking for a Event Registration & Sourcing Specialist to join our business team in the Warrenville, Illinois (IL) office. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices using Cvent. Develop and manage event web and registration sites, surveys, and reporting tools Source meeting and event venues; support contract review and execution Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams Qualifications Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience Proficiency with Cvent (Events, Attendee Hub, Surveys, Supplier Network) Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Client-focused, collaborative, and proactive approach The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000.
