Job Description:
About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Planner - Spare Parts & Tools to support purchasing operations. In this role, you will execute procurement activities including purchase orders, supplier quotes, and vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high service levels. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Procurement Execution Manage the full purchase order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Prepare and evaluate requests for quotation (RFQs) and supplier proposals Monitor procurement activities, identify risks or delays, and recommend solutions Support development of product and service specifications with internal teams Supplier Management Support supplier evaluation and performance tracking Resolve supplier issues, discrepancies, and disputes within scope Assist with sourcing activities and supplier agreements Participate in supplier qualification and documentation processes Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-2 years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or global environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective negotiation and decision-making abilities Strong communication and teamwork skills Results-driven with a quality mindset and risk-based thinking Technical Knowledge Procurement processes and supplier management ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) Manufacturing or production processes Familiarity with ISO, cGMP, and FDA guidelines Why work with us?
