Purchasing Coordinator

Description Time will be split between two functions: Quality Ticket Resolution

• Opening, tracking, and resolving quality issue tickets generated by the QA team.
• Communicating with the necessary parties that includes vendors, quality, engineering, operations, and buyers around action needed taken
• Tickets should be closed with 7 days Invoice Issue Resolution
• Investigate errors, discrepancies, or any other problem that is keeping AP from processing an invoice
• Follow-up with appropriate parties that includes vendors, quality, engineering, operations, and buyers
• Invoices should be resolved within 30 days Skills Erp, MRP, Excel, SAP, Purchasing Top Skills Details Erp,MRP,Excel Additional Skills & Qualifications
