Job Purpose and Impact The Associate Sourcing Specialist - Buyer, will handle basic country or multicounty sourcing routine activities. In this role, you will coordinate and execute low to medium complex procurement requirements to provide inputs to the global category team. Key Accountabilities Execute medium complex requests for sourcing process. Drive implementation of local sourcing decisions and support local implementation of regional sourcing decisions. Provide local inputs to the regional category team for category strategy development and execution. Build and apply a comprehensive understanding of local, stakeholder and procurement landscape. Follow established procedures to select suppliers for procurement of non contracted materials, goods, services and supplies. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned #LI-AB3 Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Administration or Engineering) Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in sourcing, strategy and execution experience Experience supporting indirect spend categories such as maintenance services, facility services, technical services, and corporate services Ariba - SAP experience Power BI and/or similar data analytics technology Proven effective written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a global or matrixed environment with cross-functional stakeholder management responsibilities Job Information This position is posted internally as well as externally.
