13639 Job Description Buyer / Inventory Manager Looking for a role where you can take ownership of purchasing strategy, inventory planning, and vendor relationships in a highly technical environment? Trak group is seeking a Buyer / Inventory Manager to support operations through strategic sourcing, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities:

Develop purchasing strategies, manage vendor relationships, and support cost-effective sourcing decisions Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and help ensure materials are received, stored, and tracked accurately Collaborate with sales and operations to forecast demand and maintain inventory flow Prepare reports and support planning efforts tied to purchasing, inventory, and operational needs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or 2-year technical or business degree Minimum 2 years of engineering experience or 1 year of precision spindle engineering experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with an understanding of ERP/CRM systems Strong written and verbal communication skills, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and the ability to work independently
