Shelbyville, KY (ON-SITE) Greenfield is looking for a Purchase Order Processing Specialist to join our growing team. This is not a "warehouse" or "retail" order processing role. Successful candidates MUST have experience in a professional office environment processing purchase orders for other businesses primarily through email and some phone.Who We Are:

Working in a professional office environment processing orders for other businesses. Ability to work independently, as well as with multiple departments Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficient in computer programs such as Outlook and Microsoft OfficeJob Responsibilities:
Auditing and processing orders that arrive via email, fax, or mail Ensure all required regulatory information is received, reviewed, and properly documented to prepare orders for shipment Record customer information within our database Email required documentation to customers Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner and properly address concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company and department processes Taking inbound callsTotal Compensation & Care:
