Job Description

Job Requirements Job Duties:
Student who performs a variety of duties to support the daily operations of the Procurement Division, as well as the entire agency. Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry and photocopying. Help with the maintenance and cleanliness of all agency vehicles. Ensure copiers are fully stocked with paper and necessary supplies and properly maintained for daily use. Assist with the upkeep of the conference rooms and the restocking of supplies. Ensure that supplies such as water, coffee, napkins, sugar, creamer, and other essentials are regularly replenished in all breakrooms (requires heavy lifting on a day to day bases). Make out-of-office trips for tasks such as mail delivery, vehicle refueling, employee transport, and other related duties. Update files and records as needed. Assist with special projects, research, and data entry. Assist with all divisions as needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all state and agency policies and procedures. Work Experience Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. Ability to perform data entry and maintain accurate records with attention to detail. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and follow established rules. Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transporting supplies.
