$35•36/hour We are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist to support sourcing and procurement operations across multiple indirect spend categories including HR, Facilities, and Travel. This role is ideal for a procurement professional with strong negotiation, supplier management, and strategic sourcing experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will lead procurement projects, manage vendor relationships, support contract negotiations, and drive cost-saving initiatives while partnering with mid•to senior-level stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement activities for indirect spend categories including HR, Facilities, and Travel
Lead supplier sourcing, competitive bidding, contract negotiations, and vendor selection
Develop and manage supplier relationships, pricing agreements, and performance improvement plans
Conduct spend analysis and identify cost reduction opportunities
Support procurement policies, sourcing strategies, and process improvements
Manage contract renewals and proactively identify sourcing opportunities
Lead the full sourcing lifecycle from requirements gathering through contract execution
Ensure vendor compliance with pricing, service levels, and contractual agreements
Partner with stakeholders across departments to support procurement objectives Qualifications Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of procurement or indirect sourcing experience
Strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skills
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of contracts, legal terms, and procurement processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
ISM certification or related procurement certification preferred
