Shift:

Monday-Friday (standard business hours) Role Summary Responsible for day-to-day purchasing execution to ensure continuity of supply, on-time delivery, and production support in a manufacturing environment. Works within strategic procurement guidelines to manage supplier performance and resolve supply disruptions. What You'll Be Doing Execute purchase orders based on MRP and demand plans Ensure on-time, in-full supplier delivery Expedite shortages and manage supply risks Manage suppliermunications and performance issues Support cross-functional teams (Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain) Maintain accurate ERP data (pricing, lead times, orders) Support NPI, dual sourcing, and supplier transitions Requirements 8+ years procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing Strong MRP and ERP experience Supplier management and delivery performance tracking Strong analytical andmunication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Benefits Highlights 5% employer 401(k) + 50% match on up to 3% contributions 16 weeks 100% paid parental leave + phased return option 9 holidays + 1 floating holiday 15 caregiver days + 80 hours sick time 3 paid volunteer days Medical, dental, vision + HSA plans If you are interested, or know someone who may be a great fit, please or this position with them and encourage them to submit an updated resume.
