Responsibilities for Junior Fixture Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Analyze data, site plans, and surveys to determine fixture needs and create purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Construction, Store Operations, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Act as the main point of contact between contractors and project managers, supporting requests and resolving issues.
• Validate and process additional or replacement fixture orders.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget; monitor and report costs.
• Maintain accuracy of the Timberline system and manage purchase orders/invoices in Oracle.
• Provide feedback on supplier performance and product quality. Candidates for Junior Fixture Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strongmunication,anization, and multitasking skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; Oracle experience preferred.

Shift:

Onsite / Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM / 36.25 hours a week

Pay Details:
