What You'll Do Rampart has ambitious goals. Working here, you will contribute to the foundation of next generation wireless capabilities. As the Procurement Specialist your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Vendor ManagementSourcing:
Identify and onboard competitive suppliers, build long-term partnerships through regular performance reviews, and diversify the supply chain to minimize risk.
NegotiationContracts:
Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and SLAs, while managing the contract lifecycle (MSAs) and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
FulfillmentLogistics:
Administer the purchase order process using three-way matching for financial reconciliation, track shipments to provide real-time ETAs, and handle disputes or returns (RMAs). Why Rampart? Are We a Match? We're hiring for a broad range of roles and skills within the organization. Submit a resume if your experience aligns with any of the following: Bachelors degree in Business, Operations or Supply Chain 2-4 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Mastery of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel. Strong knowledge of the industry, supply chain logistics, and current market conditions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and impeccable problem-solving and rapport-building abilities.
